  1. EtCetera is a batch language interpreter that
  2. adds a new element to the Windows environment
  3. and allows the automation of mundane, boring
  4. applications. Similar in nature to the DOS
  5. batch language editor, lets you write "batch"
  6. programs within the Windows environment.
